Returns Policy

 

Returns

​

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 7 days of recieving the item and let us know the reason for return. Please contact us at: Info@theluxurywatcher.com

Items marked  "Special Order" will not be eligible for return or refunds unless faulty or damaged. Items which fall under the "Special Order" catagory will be marked in the product description.  Custom made products will also be classed as "Special Order"

 

Unwanted Items

​

If you decide that the item/s you have purchased aren’t what you were looking for, you have 14 days from when you receive them to return them back to us.

They must be unused and in the same condition as when you recieved them, with no signs of damage or wear . The returned product/s must include all the contents including instructions and packaging.  All watches must be returned in the original box and packaging and should include all the original supplied documentaion this includes: warranty cards, guarantees, tags and instruction booklets.

If watches were purchased from us with stickers, then these stickers must not be removed.  All stickers must be on the watch in the original position and intact upon return. You must contact us to start the returns process.

Most watches will be excluded from being returned as unwanted, so please double check the product description prior to purchase for confirmation.

We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us.  Items especially watches should be shipped with Insurance to cover the value of the item and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Faulty/Damaged Items

​

In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged or faulty item so that we can start to resolve the issue. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product. 

​

For watches we will only cover returns if the items have been receieved with a mechanical defect.  New watches will also be covered for cosmetic damages.  Second hand watches are elxcuded from cosmetic damage as they will show signs of wear and tear depending on the age,  We will provide as much information as possible including photos to ensure you are happy with your purchase,  further information can be requested but are ultimatley sold as seen.

Refunds

​

We will confirm that we have received your returned parcel. Upon receipt of your items it can take up to 14 working days to process. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

​Please note that as shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund these costs for any returns which do not contain faulty or damaged items. Only if the item is found to be defective will the original return shipping costs be refunded.

 

Cancellations

 

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know urgently. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
